“Your staff have been exceptionally helpful over the phone during the last 7 days in helping me book an insurance policy for a forthcoming holiday, and then with a modification to my medical conditions, when we realised an oversight on our part. “Extremely easy to set up a trip insurance on-line, all the options are shown and it is a very straightforward and simple process. Have used for the past 5 years with absolutely no problems. A couple of minor claims were handled very efficiently and quickly. On the only occasion I have needed to actually talk to them, they were very courteous and efficient and solved the problem within a few minutes. Highly recommended. I am a world wide traveler in my 70s”

“Wonderful service, although living in France, travel medical insurance required for a holiday to Germany and achieved with no problems, all done on line. Highly recommended. Many Thanks and will use again if/when I travel outside of France.”
