“Absolutely fabulous, didn’t realise I was getting full size bottles. Great idea to have a kit at home, both Makar Gin & Malt Riot are delicious and love the names, especially the Malt. Lovely treat during lockdown and will be re-ordering for the summer in the garden.”
“Valentines Gin hamper - contents were great but expected it to come in a nice box not the battered old delivery box it was posted in. Have to buy a separate presentation box! Not ideal”
“Good deal and delivery but had trouble with 5pm code. Once this was resolved it was fine. Bought as a birthday present so no details for type of delivery.”
“Received 1770 as a gift and was so impressed with the taste (with a spot of water) and it’s pleasing affect I sent a bottle to my welsh son in law who was also suitably impressed too!
I enjoy most single malts but will keep this one exclusively for myself”
“Whisky was great. Both bottles are really nice. I really like the glass as well.
Thought I was getting two glasses, but not a big deal there.
Reached out on 4 different mediums and never got a response which was not very exciting. Couldn't get the contact me page to work on the website. Should try to step up the marketing game if possible.”
“Product as described although on purchase I could not find an option to have the product sent to a different address as I bought this as a birthday gift. After purchasing I instantly tried to contact distillery via contact us page and Facebook page but sadly no reply for 3 days which by then the product had already been sent to me and sadly cost me another £12 to have a courier deliver to birthday persons address in milngavie. During and after sales Service not great”
“I ordered a personalised bottle of whisky for my hubby’s 50th birthday.
Ordered on the Sunday night and it arrived perfectly packaged on the Wednesday.
The bottle and box look great and I’m sure he’ll love it.
Thanks for the great product and efficient service.”
“Excellent whisky. Was bought as a gift and the recipiant was very happy. Had a small customer query which was answered quickly . So 10 out of 10 for everything. Thanks Lee.”
“I purchased this as a gift for my husband and he was absolutely delighted with it! Thank you so much for the quick delivery and good packaging! Makar is our favourite gin so we will be purchasing again very soon from you!”
