“having bought these 2 bottles of whisky they came well packed and protected and very quick delivery but the quality of individual box was of poor quality cardboard quite flimsy compared to the old-style box”

“Ordered several items over the past few months. Been thoroughly impressed both by the speed of service and the quality of product. One or 2 of the gift boxes were slightly damaged on arrival which was slightly disappointing. But would 100% recommend buying from here.”

“I am a huge fan of the Whisky from Glasgow Distillery and try to get as many releases as I can. However, this latest purchase has been undelivered and I have been unable to change the delivery or contact UPS .”

“I received an email and text from your courier (DPD) advising me of my delivery date and time , but it never arrived , but did arrive the following day - fortunately. This is useless as I had made arrangements to be in as it has to be signed for - very poor service by DPD. Also the whisky carton you use is cheap and flimsy for the weight its expected to support . The card tears easily . I have complained about this before, but nothing has changed.”

“I was lucky enough to purchase both of the limited edition releases (Cognac Finish and Tequila Finish). They were ordered on the 23rd and arrived on the 24th. The packaging is robust and customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company”
