“Helps me get to sleep, and get back to sleep if I wake up in the night”

“It really makes you nauseous for a good couple of hours and if you have it not immediately ofter meal it’s more severe. Would be good to know how many mg of which supplement I am having in one portion and the percentage to the daily need. I had sweet and citrus flavour, but it’s too sweet for me.”

“Too soon to say about the impact on my body but I have no complaints - they are easy to take, kind of feel like a treat and never forget to take. Packaging makes them easy to store and also travel with which is a big win. Will be conitnuing with my subscription.”
