“I am definitely having difficulty with these gummies; I got the watermelon flavour and find them way overly sweet, so much so that I have to make myself have the gummy, but still end up skipping days instead. I changed the flavour to cola sour for my next batch in hopes that they won’t be inedible, but if the other flavour doesn’t work out for me will have to cancel altogether. As far as any changes in how I feel, I haven’t seen any changes so far.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review Kristina We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon! We also appreciate your feedback about the benefits of our stacks, we always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual

Taking the quick 2-minute quiz on their website felt like stepping into the future of personalized nutrition. It was simple, insightful, and tailored just for me. Since I’ve started on my custom nutrient stack, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I sleep. Gone are the nights of tossing and turning, staring at the ceiling, hoping for a few hours of rest. Now, I sleep through the night with a calmness I hadn’t experienced in years. Plus, the flavor? Absolutely delightful. It’s a little treat I look forward to, making the routine of taking vitamins something I actually enjoy.
