“Being someone who understand nutrition and the likelihood that you could end up taking several pills a day, getting my recipe right was the only slight glitch. once that was all good then my nutrition, and general health has been excellent it is a great way to supplement any missing nutritients not obtained in you daily food intake. I would recommend the product and continue to take daily.”

“I’ve been taking nourished for 6 weeks now and can tell a difference on my targetted areas. The delivery was slow at the start but now it’s regular so that I’m never without gummies. The price initially put me off but it’s actually quite competitive when you factor the change it gives your body, and compared to various bottles of vitamins to get the same affect.”

“Took a long while for the first delivery but they seem to be working, improved cycle regularity with the PCOS stack. They do taste very sweet and the jelly consistency is a bit odd but overall palatable and seem to be getting the desired effects.”

“Really enjoy the design, brand presence and ideology of nourished! As someone that’s struggled to stay on top of vitamins, often finding the pills a bit hard to handle every morning, these gummies are the perfect alternative. They’re easy to swallow and feel like sweets while eating. The test you take at the start to decide exactly what vitamins you need is super helpful and insightful, being able to amend the taste is really nice too as it allows me to mix up the flavours in between subscriptions. Overall I can’t recommend enough!”
