“I am 59 years old and had been recovering from a sepsis which left me feeling very tired even months after I had shaken the illness. I started taking Nourished because I liked the concept. I have been taking them for three months now and I can feel the difference- I feel generally energised. I have put this down to the gums as this is the only change in routine. “I love nourished. My first order was in the summer and I wasn’t so sure when it arrived but that’s the beauty of nourished. The vitamin stacks are flexible so when I wasn’t sure, I could easily make changes to suit me individually with a click of the button. With a few tweaks I was able to create a perfect stack that tastes amazing and suits my nutritional needs. I feel invigorated and energised every day. The customer service team are fantastic too and I wouldn’t ever go back! My order comes at the same time every month so I never run out and they send me email reminders so I can edit the stack if required. If your on the fence then take the plunge, I have never looked back”

“I joined Nourished three months ago as I wanted to get additional vitamins into my body; however, I did not know which would suit me best. I took the online Quiz, answered a few questions and was provided with an in-depth description of seven different Vitamins, which would help with my specific issues. I receive my monthly boxes on a day that suits me, and I can already begin to notice a difference in energy levels, stomach problems, etc. Friendly customer service who makes the process extremely easy and efficient. The monthly subscription can seem a tad pricey, but all in all, it is worth it”
