“So far so good! They say to give 8 weeks or so to notice a difference (but then email about reviews during the first month, so def read others as I'm only on week 2!), however I definitely have felt a difference in the first few days. The product is high quality and tastes really good. You can also take them on an empty stomach, which is a definite plus for a non-breakfast eater like me! Love LOVE that the packaging is compostable and the box recyclable. Will continue for a bit and see if the energy levels and brain clarity stay - hope so! And if they do, I'll be sticking with Nourished as long as I can. Their customer service team have been incredibly helpful and no question was treated as a stupid question! Which is very much appreciated.”

We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon!

Thanks for the review Tamas, We always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual

“I've tried the Sleep Stack and the convenience is unbeatable: just chow down on a stack and off you go. It's a little early to say whether it has a significant impact on my sleep but I'm only a third through the monthly pack and my body can be a little slow on the uptake. I find the flavour a little challenging though: not my kind of thing at all!”
