“I'm just about to finish my first month so haven't particularly noticed a difference yet, however it's become an easy habit for me to maintain, partly due to the novelty. They're individually packed which is convenient for travelling, plus they do taste nice and are quite soft. I did have an issue which was that they forgot to create them until I chased about 3 weeks after payment, but the customer service support via live chat got it sorted within minutes and gave me a good discount as a goodwill gesture on the next pack. I would recommend but have been told by a nurse it'll take about 3 months to start seeing any real difference, which they do also mention on their website which I think is good to be open about how it's not an instant change. Love the ability to have it custom to your needs.”

Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual. “It’s a convenient way to take the vitamins, but the gummies are a bit too sweet. Even though the topping is sugar-free, there is a syrup in the ingredients. However all in all would recommend and will keep on ordering”

“Very convenient way of supplementing which makes it a lot easier to maintain. great options to create your perfect gummy. There are a few supplements I wish were options (hopefully in the future) and I wish you could opt to make your own and have the Collagen included even at additional cost. These are supplements to diet and lifestyle so I wasn't expecting any immediate changes. but the science-backed literature made this an option worth pursuing.”

I love how I can customise the gels based on my own requirements...but, perhaps more than anything, I love the concept of the gel...how many times do people buy tablets with good intentions only to give up weeks later as there is no incentive to swallow a pill? “Seems a very dynamic way to add extra vitamins. My problem is a tiny one of difficult absorption of vitamins so I can only get so many per month and not every month otherwise I would do so. The selection of specific vitamins is excellent so you don’t have to “one pill fits all” scenario.”
