“I’m going to come back and write a more in depth summary of what effect the product has had. However, from the short two week period I’ve been taking the supplement, I can say that it is very convenient as most if not all of my vitamins are rolled into one! The taste of the citrus is okay, probably not what I was expecting but I’ve since changed to cola for my next batch, which I’m excited about! Overall, a great way to get all your vitamins in one small dose, especially if you’re not one for taking 8-10 pills a day.”

“Really wanted to love these and have given them 2 weeks but the taste and texture aren’t pleasant and haven’t noticed any difference in my health or wellbeing. They also gave me terrible stomach ache so have now had to throw the rest away, such a waste of money.”

Hi Becca Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate your feedback about the taste of the stacks, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, but some vitamins are stronger in taste than others. We do have a collection of different flavours to try 🍍🍓, and more in the pipeline ready to launch soon! We always advise to allow 8-12 weeks of starting any vitamin regime to really start to feel a difference. Everybody is different and can very much depend on the individual. If your stacks contain a pre or post biotic, this can sometimes cause slight tummy changes as the biotics get to work within your system and usually goes away with time. We will contact you directly to discuss further

“I’ve been using my personalised stack for just over a week now, I chose the cola flavour and it really does taste great, I actually look forward to taking my vitamin stack as it’s almost like having a daily treat! I was feeling unbalanced with my energy, moods and hormones and after a week I’m definitely feeling the benefits and feeling more balanced.
