“We bought detergent for our Miele washing machine. Great advice from Snellings Gerald Giles who explained exactly what we needed. We’d been put on 15+minutes hold in two earlier calls direct to Miele. So thank you Snellings Gerald Giles who answered immediately and were also cheaper than Miele.”

“Good product, delivered quickly by DPD. Tracking and info was helpful. Great price. Hole made in outer box and product package, presumably to grip the package?? No effect for us but it would've been if the purchase was a gift for another person.”

“I have always been delighted with the speed with which my orders have been dealt with by you, but not so impressed with DHL. They sent a text to say that they had been unable to access our address on the day when your order should have been delivered. We were both her - the gates were wide open, and our Ring system showed that nobody had even attempted a delivery. It was delivered three days later! Just worried that DHL might damage your high reputation.”

“Smelling Gerald Giles just did what I asked which was to deliver detergent in 2 days using DHL, No drama and no fuss…perfect thank you. 10/10 Miele tried to do the same for a month with parcel force before giving up, I wasted hours on the phone to Miele customer care then had to fight for my money back. 1/10.”
