“Very pleasant and helpful customer service. They knew their product well and were able to explain dimensions etc. The items were packed very well and arrived safely and are exactly what we wanted. “This was a repeat purchase of a Dualit Lite kettle which had provided many years of service but was looking a little tired. It was nice to find that this excellent product was not only still available but has been subtly improved. The service and prompt deliveryby Snellings Gerald Giles will ensure that we use them again shortly when we replace the equally aged toaster.”

“I have been using the dishwasher powder fo a week and the results are very good. I have always used Finish, but it seems to have been discontinued. As I have got a Miele dishwasher I decided to try the Miele powder. I shall continue to use it if the results continue to be good.”

“I haven’t received the item yet - DHL only gave me the ‘heads up’ on delivery 1 hour before they tried to deliver on Thursday 26th March - I was in a yoga class (which I would have obviously cancelled if I had known their plans)I immediately I went on line to arrange a further delivery and the 1st one available was on Tuesday 7th April. Disappointed obviously !”
