“I ordered a replacement KitchenAid Go Cordless Charging Block, as mine has totally disapeared. I secected to have the item sent to me next day delivery but I received a phone call from Tracy to say it would be delivered a day later. She was very apologetic and refunded the extra pound without being asked. It arrived the following day as promised and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for your excellent service. I would certainly recommend your company.”

“The item I bought was at the cheapest price on the internet and free postage, where others charge. I bought a Kitchen Aid kettle, Curry’s were advertising it at £149.99 in the colour I wanted. So I phoned Curry’s and they said it is out of stock but can do it in another colour,,,,,,,,for £25.00 more. I declined. I believe these shops entice you in by advertising out of stock items really cheap and giving you a higher priced alternative. Smelling’s on the other hand was £1.00 cheaper, free postage and simple to deal with , I guess nowadays that is classed as old fashioned. ;-))”
