“I've no idea as yet whether GEM's breakdown service is good or not, but having just signed up for it, I can say that the joining process is very clear and very easy - so that's a good start”

“New Member so have not had to use call-out yet. However, a member of Customer service staff was very polite, friendly and professional who dealt with my query. The website and Membership Area are very easy to use and navigate online. A phone App is available. GEM are very competitively priced compared with leading breakdown organisations. So far I would highly recommend.”

“Applied online. Easy to navigate around website and written in plain simple English. I know what my cover is and more importantly I know how to access it as summary email is sent on completion. Pack arrived very quickly, for those who like a tactile version, and there is a credit card sized membership card. If I was being dead picky I’d say it would be nice to have two cards as if I’m out in someone else’s car I do have my bag (therefore purse therefore card) with me but I don’t always have my bag when driving my car. Hopefully I will never get the chance to review their actual Response Centre or Mechanics!”
