“I called them out for a flat tyre - they were there in no time and fixed it in minutes - and gave me advice as to what to do then to have it checked in a garage.”

“I am unable to offer a full service review as I have not had a breakdown. My experience (fifty years) suggests that you mainly have breakdowns when you have no cover and or no maintenance. I hope I never have to use the service”

“I haven't used the service yet,just the website. Couldn't print off a confirmation and I thought my subscription would be going out 29th September, not 29th August... but it's gone out now. Otherwise, it was an easy website to use.”

“Feel very confident with the service, no hidden extras. with the RAC they take your subscription then can't explain the charges, was with them for over 40 years !! Couldn't get any RAC Email replies just a very poor ( crap !! ) service”

“They treat existing customers worse that existing customers by offering so called introductory offers. This is just marketing jargon for we get you in but will hike the price next year, how about just one price for new and LOYAL customers!”

“I really like that I can take out cover for individuals rather than for specific cars. It makes life much easier. I think they are competitively priced and I have been grateful for their assistance on a number of occasions. I am very pleased to renew my policy year after year”
