“The signup process was very easy and the premium considerably better than either the AA or the RAC. I have no experience as yet of a breakdown callout. But I'm sure WHich will have tested them on this before awarding them a recommendation.”

“Only joined today thursday. The cover will not start until saturday. Which is longer than other breakdown covers. Having only two choices of cover makes the selection easy. Not tried and tested the service yet but but I like the simple website and clear small print”

“Have just joined GEM Motoring Assist. It couldn’t have been easier! Having been with the AA for 28 years. Decided to leave AA and avail of a competitive price and a 5star rating from Which etc. Hoping to not have to use it but feel secure with the cover on offer.”

“To early to really comment as I’ve only just joined, I joined up because of the ratings , and the position on the tables voted by motorists. I’m a ex Green Flag member, yes they are cheaper but roadside service leaves a bit to be desired. Interesting to see that GEM rates better than AA and RAC . So with 60 minutes assistance I believe I’ve made a good decision, if I’m unlucky to break down. Only time will tell, however I feel a degree of confidence that the best help is only a call away ,”
