“I was greeted by a pleasant agent on the phone who explained in great detail the pros and con of Gem membership, which made my decision to join easier, and the whole process took but a few minutes to carry out. As I have only been a member for no more than 24 hours, it is early days to make any further judgement, but based on yesterday's experience, it should be favourable”

“Not sure why Gem want a review just yet...as I've only just joined & have not had a chance to breakdown yet:-) Anyway joining was simple enough & paying a one off amount via PayPal was easy. It worked out a bit cheaper than the AA or RAC...but not by an awful lot. I suppose time will tell if/when their service is ever called for? We will see how they do then.. cheers John”
