“Awful service - well, NO service what's so ever! Paid my 1st payment, it said it failed - clearly it hadn't as the £352 left my account immediately. No email to confirm policy details, noone answers the phone. I've been calling for days, NOTHING. How can this legal? Please don't reply to my review asking for me to email policy details, I DON'T HAVE ANY TO GIVE. “Tried to pay on website then message came up that something had gone wrong and to try again later which I did. Same message then discovered they’d taken payment twice. 48 hours later still no response to my emails and no refund. Appalling lack of customer service.”

“It was not quite easy as we were calling customer care for several time and no one replied. Also in the website said the payment not has been done and we paid 2 times for the same insurance and 2 times the payment debited for the same account.”
“I filled the form on their website and paid the deposit money for my car but on the website, after i paid with my card details, it showed that it hasn’t been paid. It’s charged from my account already and I haven’t received any email from them 3 days. I have been trying to call them almost 4 days. No one is answering the phone. Customer service is very bad.”
