Please wait up to 2 minutes for your selected document to load and if you’ve recently taken out a policy with us or made a change to your policy, it may take up to 24 hours for any documents to come through.

“An assumption was made about our circumstances. Tried calling over the weekend despite been in poor phone phone reception area to hear message only emergencies on this line and the wait time was about 1 hour !! So sent email - just to get a brief response saying get policy holder to contact us - it’s a joint policy !! Sent email again in both names could no one look at the policy and see that - I gave full address and policy number !!! I don’t have much faith in this company now !”

“Not recommended, the cancellation fees are outrageous. I scraped my old car, registered a new car under my wife's name and I've been charged £90.
I've cancelled my new policy and I'll cancel my second one as soon as possible”

When we offer a quote, we always try to give you the best price we can, based on the information you give us. However, this price may change even if your details stay the same, because your insurer may adjust the risk level of your policy.
