“I have sent multiple requests in for email verification on the app. I dont seem to be getting these through. Yet I am expected to connect my app to the tracker. I can't do that till I get my email verified. I am travelling and will not be able to connect this till after I return.

We normally cancel a policy when the conditions of your insurance haven’t been met. You should’ve received a few notifications weeks in advance informing you what needed to be done to prevent the cancellation and when it would be cancelled if those actions weren't taken. We’re sorry if you didn’t see these.

“Been using Hastings Direct car and Home insurance off and on over last few years.
Policy are OK, nothing special. Pricing is good until.you come to renewals, I have to leave for year and then come back to get decent pricing via comparison sites and directly. Very frustrating as I don't want to spend several hours searching for better cover, pricing and features every year.
Their support when needed (Usually via app and then phoning) is good. Though not had to make a claim, Thank God.
I would recommend them, it would be 4* if existing customers didn't always get shaf#'s by Insurance companies and underwriters.”
