It's been class so far 1st insurance I've had and it's blackbox is really fair and insurance was cheap and the woman over the phone was great 10/10

Up to Subject in the convenience way, no over quarry besides what we're sharing between us being more than enough without an necessary requirement

i did the whole job on line. I didnt have any problems filling in the form all the questions were straight forward everything the policy included was shown .I had been reccomended to switch to Hastings direct by a friend after my own policy price had gone up to silly prices for the same thing lets hope i dont require your services but if i do im confident you will sort it out. Terrible - my car gets stolen and they refuse the claim for a key discrepancy issue and THEN LOSE THAT key! Car has been found by the police and Hastings, for over a month, have refused to resolve the fact I have not been able to pick up my car, since they LOST the only key I had access to. Disgusting company. See you in the court of law.

Worst service ever! Couldn't access anything on line or on the app! After numerous emails to and fro and different customer service reps asking me the same questions over and over and over again, I cancelled the cover, got a refund and went to another insurer who not only was cheaper but I can access the account online - never again!

Service only just acceptable as after 10 days from taking out policy still waiting for 'Voluntary Use' confirmation email that > 'Voluntary use is allowed for persons covered on the certificate, subject to there beingnp payment and/or income received other than expenses to cover running costs'. Most insurers have it as standard wording on their certifcates.

I had trouble logging in to the App I tried register but as I'd previously been a customer my email was already registered after several attempts to reset password and not recieving the link I gave up, a few days later I received several letters in my old surname saying there was an issue with my email. I spoke to someone on the phone told them my surname was wrong and they updated it so I tried again but I'm still not getting the reset password links and I've quite frankly given up trying so hopefully I won't need to make a claim and next year I'll go elsewhere for my home insurance. I have also just noticed at the bottom it says submit as Janet Smith when in fact my name is Janet Noon and was supposed to have been updated last week.
