“Of all the car insurance policies I looked at via a comparison site, Hastings Direct gave me the best deal with several add ons that didn't break the bank. I had to cancel my previous policy as the renewal was eye watering even though I've been driving for many years without making any claims plus my no claims bonus. I found the application & app download very easy to follow therefore in the event of any future event occurring (God forbid...!)I feel that I'm in safe hands. “Just liars work there...first consultant promised I'll be refunded in 3-5 days...of course nothing has been refunded. Another consultant promised when I contacted them again I'll be refunded by the end of September. Of course nothing has been refunded either... liars, liars, liars... never ever again deal with them... should give them 0 stars.”
