“Everything was fine until I tried to download the app. I lack computer skills although I'm comfortable with emails. It's not possible to respond to the various emails you've sent me and clicking on "help" doesn't get me anywhere. Apparently using your app is a requirement (why?) so I'm stuck. Please advise.
