“I recently purchased motorbike insurance with Hastings Direct as I was returning to riding my motorbike after being overseas for a few years and had let my insurance and No Claims lapse. I went onto a few broker sites and direct insurance websites and some of the quotes were ridiculous given the size and value of the bike, my experience of 20+ years riding, no accidents, clean licence and me having No Claims of 15+ years prior to them lapsing. Hastings Direct were in the the top 3 for being the cheapest and the ease of buying was good. My only negative was that after completing the online information, I then had to speak with a call centre to reiterate everything I had completed on line which took approx 30 mins and the cost of a phone call, which to me seems pointless given I had completed the online purchase. I would recommend.”
