Hello, I can appreciate the frustration that this can cause. At times, the terms and conditions of the underwriter cannot provide cover for certain vehicles and on these occasions cover unfortunately has be be attained elsewhere. I'm sorry for the difficulty this caused you. ~Theo

Hello Andrew, I'm very sorry to read about this. Hastings Direct does disclose in the policy documents that the auto-renewal can be removed from the policy. This can be done in the first 11 months. I'm sorry if this wasn't seen and has come as a surprise as a result. ~Theo
