“Austin, who handled my call, provided exemplary customer service: polite, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a real pleasure to deal with a human being, and very necessary given the mess I had got into through trying to navigate the online process. On the basis of this interaction alone, I would highly recommend Hastings Direct.”

“They provide a great service and product, but, unfortunately they couldn't provide me with the AirBnB cover I needed. No worries though and I would be happy to go back to them in the future if I'm not subletting my rooms through AirBnB.”
