We're sorry to hear that you believe the data recorded is incorrect. Our app and tab for the YouDrive policy records the location by using the phone's GPS. It may be that the phone's GPS system is out of date and there's pending updates. You can check this on the phone by looking in the settings under "system".

“(Multicar). We have been a customer with Hastings for several year and always found them very helpful. This time was an awful experience. I rang to get a renewal quote which went well, then got a letter to say that it had been cancelled. I rang to ask why, they couldn't really explain and I was past from one person to another, after finally speaking to someone they were going to give me 2 separate quote. Mind was ridiculous price. Then could not help me further and didn't even tried to. Customer service was horrendous.”
