“We emailed yesterday asking for help in setting up the App and no one called. We then had our policy cancelled. We called and were promised a call back by the end of the day. It’s now 5:17pm and have not received a call.”

“Looking at new van insurance quotes - Hastings came up at the best price. Went to proceed from GO Compare Website and took me through some steps on Hastings website. Then Hastings crashed. I contacted the help team on chat & she advised there is an issue with being directed from go compare but she wasn't sure if it was a go compare issue or a hastings one, but not to worry and to do the quote directly through Hastings. No changes apart from the price - £ 28.07 extra per month ( 11 months ) I contacted the chat team again and all they could do was blame go compare who have not updated prices. Disgraceful service. i have the original cheaper quote on my phone/email. it was approximately 5-8 minutes later. Not sure how this can increase that much in such little time! No apology, nothing. We are in a cost of living crisis. £ 28.07 extra per month is a lot of money when you are already hand to mouth. Rip off!!!”
