“Competitive quotes but lack of clarity on some aspects of cover especially re hire car after accident. Ended up purchasing an extra option when one in fact was available as standard. Wait to see how thing pan out with the app but may not renew if further issues arise”

We normally only cancel a policy when the conditions of your insurance aren’t met. You should’ve received a notice email or letter explaining why we were cancelling your policy, and the date it would happen.
