“So far it has been good, was to access documents on the app and make changes. However when I wanted to start the policy 2 days earlier, I was told this would cost £20 admin fee. I her also recently got married and changing my name will also incur a charge. I have been with previous insurance companies who do not charge for such minor changes, so I would probably go back to them in future.”

Like most other insurers, our fees cover some of our business costs, like staffing our contact centres, managing your policy, and maintaining and developing our systems. We try to keep our fees in line with other insurers. We also make these fees as clear as possible in any documents and on our website, as well as explaining that they’re non-refundable. “Thank you. All agents spoken to were polite and patient. However extremely pleased with the last agent who I spoke to last Tuesday 17th March. He understood I had limited time, and worked quickly to amend the policy. Improving the waiting time to speak to an advisor needs to be improved.”
