“I decided on purchasing this House & Contents Insurance. I received my my renewal from a company I had been dealing with over a number of years. I was shocked to see the price had escalated to around £100 inctease for this coming year so I decided I would shop around. I must of drone an insurance quote previously and I got a reminder from Hastings with an up-to-date price. I did phone Hastings just to check the cover was what I needed and spoke to a real lovely woman who confirmed it was. I think it was the next day that I decided to go with Hastings and that actually saved me quite a bit of money.”

“Took out home insurance and emailed customer service advising them i wanted to opt out of the auto renewal and did not want them to retain my card details. The response I got was extremely disappointing - was told I had emailed the wrong department and that tgey could not deal with my request. Not given the correct department to email and they obviously weren't going to forward my email to correct department. Hope the cover is better than the customer service!”

“I have been trying to contact Hastings for over a week now via email and through the messenger on the app. The app is either not working or the messenger is not there. I have had numerous emails threatening to cancel my policy and I have tried to get help to solve the issue and not been able to contact you. Not happy with the service at all.”
