“I had no problem getting in touch with them
To get my insurance , the agent was very friendly and experienced, I got the policy I wanted the price was right I was also happy to accept this new device to put in my car to keep an eye on my driving. this device will help me to be a better driver, although Iām an ex London bus driver .the whole experience was pleasant.”

“I think the overall concept is great and the app has a good interface however, the way it calculates what classes as the different āfaultsā is ironically faulted. I donāt think itās right that because someone has put me in a situation where I must either break sharply or steer out of the way in order to avoid crashing that I should be punished for that if it makes sense. I understand you say to always look ahead however when the situation isnāt one that emerges but is immediate. This is verging on impossible. Alongside this I once got a hard acceleration when I was breaking which I think sums up my first week and a bit with your system.”

I'm sorry to see that you've not having the best experience with the telematics policy. The Telematics team does take into account that you will have to adapt to the road ahead and that this, as well as other road users can cause you to take actions that may impact your score.
