Looking at the policy, I can see that measures have been put in place to ensure the policy is not affected until the tab arrives. “I needed to log an incident but not make a claim which I have never done & the customer service reprehensive Andy Cartwright was absolutely fantastic. He made me laugh beyond measure, it truly felt like I had known the man for years! He made it such an easy & relaxed process. Hastings Direct this man needs a rocket of a pay rise and recognition, he will be the reason I will renew my policy when it's due around!”
