“Of all the car insurance policies I looked at via a comparison site, Hastings Direct gave me the best deal with several add ons that didn't break the bank.
I had to cancel my previous policy as the renewal was eye watering even though I've been driving for many years without making any claims plus my no claims bonus.
I found the application & app download very easy to follow therefore in the event of any future event occurring (God forbid...!)I feel that I'm in safe hands.

“Just liars work there...first consultant promised I'll be refunded in 3-5 days...of course nothing has been refunded. Another consultant promised when I contacted them again I'll be refunded by the end of September. Of course nothing has been refunded either... liars, liars, liars... never ever again deal with them... should give them 0 stars.”

“Hi, I really do not like being hassled by your staff to install the black box in my car. I am no tear away youngster I am 78yrs old. As I keep referring to them that my insurance does not start until the 4th October, as If I were to use the car before then, any claims would be with my old insurance. It makes me furious as they keep saying it will be installed ready for me to drive, to me that is no excuse to keep send emails to say put it in the car, I got so fed up I have NOW PUT THIS IN THE CAR.
I am not impressed one little bit, it maybe an idea to have a word with staff.
Thank you for taking me on, it was going so well but has now put a damper on things.”
