Complete con artists do not use them! They are incompetent, rude & are only interested in getting your money rather than resolving your claim. Their aim to give such a bad service that you end up cancelling & they keep your money or charge you extortionate amounts to cancel. Look up on any review site, Eldon insurance is the same company, so is e car . . They have scammed literally thousands of customers. How do we get justice I do not know.

You cancelled my policy saying I never sent you the correct documents and I clearly did 3 times. After being with you got 6 months

my documents were sent but the summary was missing after two weeks and dozens of hours on the phone I was still passed from pillar to post. The complaints staff were in South Africa ! They were abrasive and useless and all 4 calls took well over 45 minutes each. Despite asking to speak to a senior manager in England I was never put through. THIS FIRM IS BEYOND A JOKE. They are beyond pathetic. Please be warned never, never use them unless you you want to waste hours on end.

Absolutely terrible service. Took out a policy as they were competitive, sent in the documents they requested. Had email after email saying that they hadn't received documents. Sent them again, in total 7 times. Even made a complaint to their complaints email address that they kept asking for the same things. A lady responded and asked for them again, so I sent them again with a request for confirmation. No confirmation received, I also couldn't get through on the phone after 30 mins of being on hold. They sent a letter cancelling the policy and charging £50. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Had to take out insurance with Hastings instead, who have been good as normal. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT MAJOR HEADACHES, TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Absolute rubbish! Been trying to insure my car for 4 days now and they finally decided they won't insure it because it's coming up on there system as a 3 door even after receiving a copy of my logbook and an email from DVLA they still are saying it's the wrong car! Was on hold for 90 minutes and then told there is nothing they can do! Pay that bit more money and go to a proper insurance company... Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

always asking for money never put customer first was due a payment and didn't have the money that day as I got paid the next day and they couldn't wait one day so cancelled my insurance as I was driving home never met a company so bad in my life

Premium went hy for nothing, employees have no ideea about what they talk about. I felt like somebody is trying to extortion me when talking with them. I will never ever deal with them.

I am taking this to trading and standards absolutely disgusting behaviour from their rude Unhelp staff put on hold for 30 minutes then end up recieveing a 27 pound phone bill. Do NOT go with horrendous company! RIP OFF

Let be honest here : ? I MIST a payment ; they Emailed me 20 or so days later : stating that they had spoken to me earlyer and if i didnt contact the big yellow skip; company for them to collect that skip in the road: my policy would be void : the yellow skip hadnt contact me earlyer!!!!!!!! and they want to councel my policy a day early of the 7 day policy!!!!!!!! ; of late payment: 30/05/2016 next day a bank hoilday 2 days after their the oringal end day They send me a new email stating it my policy void 01/06/2016:now i didnt get to ring them that nite and the email was sent late in the evening : spoke to the next day all ok there but the sed if i had rung them that day icould of been insured not what the mail sed so yes i am complaining as to the ; facts ;and methods of the big yellow skip hire company ( after the first Email i forgot to read (they do send out ads as well ) so i owe them now and to me they are not relible: -: I t00 had to keep sending copyies of details but i got though with a letter from the dvla saying i can drive /medical thing/ and i now have 3 years no claims and never ever sent in prove: look out for the yellow skips and trucks hit one and been hit by another :

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURER!!!! I was asked from the start to send documents via e-mail which they are adamant they have not received after sending to them over 10 times! A complete SCAM! requested to cancel my policy and have to do this over email which I'm sure they will deny they have received! Taken my money and yet to refund it! AVOID

SCAM I was sent an email asking for driving licence and ncd which i sent. They went ahead and cancelled anyway and still took the direct debit for the month !!!!!!

50 minutes on the phone at least anytime you call! Tried to change vehicle with them and it went up by £600 !!! Even though when I quoted it again it was the same price as my previous vehicle! They said that offer is for new customers only! I then tried to cancel my insurance. Got passed around ALOT! Phone went dead. I left it for a week and had no cancellation notice emailed to me. So I then emailed them which is what they tell you to do to cancel. Didn't hear nothing for a while and had another months payment out my bank. When I finall managed to cancel it after another lengthy phone call. They said I won't be able to backtrack from when I originally asked to leave and I will lose that money, my deposit and have to pay £60 cancellation fee! Terrible company! Avoid!!!

Just rang go skippy to inform them of my new address only to be told I have to pay£80 admin fees to change my details,what an absolute disgrace, I understand maybe a small fee but the fact that they don't even send you the policy documents begs the question of how does it cost £80 to change my address on their database. What a rip off,go skippy can go jump for all I care I will NOT be re-newing my policy again,two years I have been with them,when I received my re-Newark quote this year it was more expensive than the quote I got on go compare with go skippy,maybe I should've realised then,I won't make that mistake again.

GO SKIPPY or whatever their name IS THE WORST COMPANY NEXT TO THE THEN TMOBILE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Their staff are poorly trained and rude. Even when you have provided evidence they will always find a way to cancel your policy and charge admin fee etc. I have left them and am glad I did. Useless, rude and hopeless. They should be stuck for the list of insurers. Zero star! No rating

Like many others I wish I had never insured with them. As soon as I paid my premium in full they kept on asking me for this and that saying that they could not read my drving licence as copy I sent was unclear? Really! From then on things went from bad to worse and they sent several letters threatening to cancel my insurance for no proper reason. Poor customer service etc etc. Thankfully my policy is up in a few weeks but will not be renewing with them. To be honest I would rather walk or catch the bus than ever having to deal with this company again!
