“This company is the worst one I have ever used for car insurance by far. Needed to update my policy, did this online, paid a fee, didn’t have any confirmation at all, then rang Go Skippy and they told me I could make the upgrade, but I had already paid, I was then stuck with a policy that no longer suited my needs for a year. I chose to cancel the policy and go elsewhere. I then had a cancellation fee to pay, because their customer services was so awful I thought I’d pay monthly so I didn’t have to give them the payment at one time(petty yes), I rang monthly to pay, I rang and was told the cancellation fee was fully paid off and I didn’t need to call anymore, I thought perfect, fast forward a month and a half they are chasing me for more cancellation payments, I had a video of the call where I was told I didn’t have to pay anymore, Go Skippy didn’t care, they proceeded to threaten with debt collectors, this is paid of course, but failing to see how a mistake on their part was then leading me to be threatened. When you ring the customer services team they all sound like your a burden calling and they are so unbelievably rude. I would avoid at all costs, never again will I use them!!! Terrible!!!”
