All i wanted was information on the direct debit i have with you and to change the date which i dont even know. i was being push from pillar to post and going round in circles. I am not impressed at all. Your format gave me---OTFX286E01 AND DIRECT DEBIT THAT WAS ALL and nothing else.Please make your on line format easy to follow and access.
