“Good price and cover for car insurance, although excess charges are high. Website easy to use, although splitting the annual mileage between two drivers was a bit challenging. Although I requested NCB protection it wasn’t totally clear if it was included or not, when looking at the cover provided.”

“My first impressions were a great company. However, I was charged a £25 'fine' for failing to submit signed documents by a certain date. This was despite having received an email a few weeks before telling em I'm covered and didn't need to do anything, or submit any documents. They did send details about the 'fine' in a following email, but having already read the ones where I was told I didn't have to do anything, I didn't read them until it was too late.”

“Go Skippy car insurance I’ve been with them for the last two years when I change my car they charge me 169.20 for nothing after after I cancel my insurance with them, they charge me again 94.80 for the cancellation charges 2 year no any claim🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”

“E very careful using this company as can be very confusing if you have an accident.
My son called to say he had an an accident and ended up with it being managed by a completely different organisation that did not communicate properly so leaving him without a hire vehicle. Reports were not sent and no communication at all from them. The company he was then dealing with were called Nationwide and had absolutely no idea what was going on.
When the hire car was given, it was a daily email asking for it to be returned.
Absolutely dreadful experience all round.
Lastly, the reason the car hire was ended and my son was emailed to say the hire car is now reported as stolen by the hire car company Enterprise is because Go Skippy refused to pay for it, although the claim had not been settled or even as much as communicated.
If you have a child looking for cheap car insurance then DONT USE GO SkIPPY”
