“I tried to change my car insurance to a Wheelchair Accessible VW transporter but was refused due to my age, which is a spritely 76. So, 50+ of years clean driving with no points or accidents seems to stand for nothing. They still took still £75 cancellation fee even though they were unable to offer me a change of vehicle. Shame on you.”

“I obtained a quote i took policy out.took a while for documents to show, but when they i discovered my son wasn't covered to used car for college. So had to pay£248 on top of £4097.63 we already paid. Confused sent me a quote for £700 less . Before I cancelled the first policy I asked if we could start another but for them to refund the difference. As you can see very good saving with good skippy. Lesson for them stop being greedy with young drivers please. I was shocked that I needed to add commuting to place of business for son to go college/school as he's still classed as dependent child in full time education, reason I state this for last two his motorcycle and his first car other insurers said social domestic pleasure was all he needed.
