On going through to their site to complete the purchase I found the site to be simple to navigate and information was clear and easy to understand. A pain free insurance renewal at a good price. Time will tell if their customer service matches this, I hope I have no cause to put this to the test! Emails were almost immediate giving details of their portal for access to my document wallet.”
