“Fisrt time I ever tried this insurance. I opted for monthly installment under premium credit. I was not able to sign the agreement form until the due date as I wasn’t able to see their email and they’ve debited £25 fine in addition to my monthly payment. I felt scammed and I will never renew again.
Customer service did not show any compassion nor even tried to offer resolution and just plainly forwarded the number of premium credit.
This company doesnt even deserve a star at all.”

“I do not recommend this insurance to anyone, I had a very bad experience with them so I advise you to stay away from this insurance, they told me that to cancel it I would have to pay 75 Pounds and when I called to cancel it, they charged me 160£”
