“The payment failed, and it wouldn't let me retry. When I called customer support, they said they would charge 20£ extra to complete the payment on the call. However, they did not provide me with any instructions to return online and complete the payment.”

“I had a bad experience. I got a quote from go compare for £565. I then rang your offices and spoke to one of your associates. They confirmed the quote. I advised her that I would be home in 1 hour could I complete the transaction later on. She said that it would be ok to ring back the next day and she proceeded to give me a confirmation reference. I rang the next day and the new advisor said that her colleague should not have given you a reference no and we had to go through another new quote which took 45 minutes. She then quoted me £750. I then asked for a supervisor as I was very annoyed. She came back to me saying that she would honour the original quote. This is not the way to treat customers, but in the end we managed to resolve the issue.”
