“The insurance price and payment process is quick and easy, making it hassle free o it the insurance you need.
However, this is the only good experience I have so far. I received my insurance documents 2 days after the date I set for the policy to begin. An initial email said I would receive login details within 24 hours - I still haven’t had them, even after contacting customer service (who just sent me a link to the online portal!). I’ve not had another reply regarding the online portal, almost feels like they don’t care so long as they’re taking my money.
Hoping it gets resolved soon (and yes I’ve tried to register but it says incorrect details).
Touching wood I never have to make a claim if this isn’t their level of communication.

“We purchased 3 policies so far. Last month we cancelled 2 as vans were sold. In the cancellation call we were told there would be a £75 fee next we receive a letter 2 weeks later from their debt collection agency demanding a much larger payment. No other communication just a payment demand threatening legal action. We paid it immediately as it was first time we had heard of it but then 2 weeks later we received another demand for payment. Yet we hadn't received the refund they still owed us on other policy. We will not be renewing policy next year. Gawd forbid we ever need to claim on the policy as We expect the customer service to be sure and that they will probably not pay out for some reason. In 47 years worst insurance company experience ever.”
“I got a newer vehicle, I asked for business cover so I could use my car for voluntary work but they said they do not do business cover. The adviser on the was hard to understand, she seemed it hard to understand me but she did let me understand if I changed my vehicle I would not be-able to change on this policy I would after start a new policy. I found this very strange when they where charging me an extra £50 with a £25.76 admin with lower insurance class.”
“Everything was fine, however I sold my car with three months left on the policy and had to pay a £75 cancellation fee. £75!!!! That is taking the p*** considering I'd been a loyal customer for several years.”
