“Was the cheapest quote. Agent seemed friendly over the phone but i wasnt happy when they wanted an extra £520 just to change the start date of my cover. Beyond rediculous.”

“The charge for a missed dd which is something that happens is a bit steep at £25. Provident there was no fee and you could just pay it anyway. I think they’ve attempted to avoid this by trying to take the dd again soon after but it means you can’t just pay online or over the phone. Staff sound like you’re not happy to be there and I got transferred 3 times to get to the correct department”
“If you have any queries with your policy, it is a nightmare to get through and when you do they do not help they still make mistakes and you have to phone again & again. When you make payments on time they still send letters out unnecessary, In all very disappointing. I would never use this company again.”
“Changed vehicles part way through policy, dropped from insurance group 26 to 13’ got charged more instead of a rebate. Had a claim made against me a few months ago, never heard back keeping me informed as to what is happening. A very amateurish company that I would not recommend or use again.”
“Wanted to cancel during the 14 day cooling off period - Ist adviser I spoke to was rather abrupt however when he transferred me to another, she was EXCELLENT!!!! Polite and patient she took down my details and from having to pay a £35 chge admin fees within the cooling down period (insurance taken out 6 days ago) to only charging me for the 6 days insurance which came to £3.80 so got a full refund minus £3.80 opposed to £35 fee and £3.80 (£38.80). So happy bunny, honey!!! :)”
