I had a van borrowed from one of my friends that was insured through goskippy, Once I purchased my new vehicle I canceled the policy and direct debit, I didn't realize that there was an early cancelation penalty and because my bank refused the payment I ended up with a black mark against my credit file, once I had the opportunity to pay the outstanding amount I paid it straight away, I thought this was a bit harsh as I had paid the direct debits every time prior the cancellation. You have my details as Robert Bain but this was the vehicle owner and not the policy owner.

“Just a standard insurer. Charge over the odds to make chsnges to a policy or late fees. Wont insure with them again. Not to confident if i did need to claim”

“Any little change you want to make to your policy for example changing a number plate letter they will charge you an admin fee which is not cheap. Also their online service does not work which would enable you to make changes to your policy yourself.”

Never take ur payment on the date they sapose to and then bill you an extra £50 every time I've had this for 10 months glad I have 1 month left then I'll be leaving”
