They have one of the worst customer service. You have to wait for about an hour then when answered the team is really not helpful some of them dont even listen to you or dont care about you. Will never recommend it to anyone as I am myself regreting why I choose them for my insurance.

Go skippy is all about bulshit insurance company, they scammed me, I bought insurance and paid deposit after that I call to them and ask them if you need any documents let me know, they said no need it’s fine. After couple of weeks they said we need no claim and I sent it. They said we want from uk not from home country I said how can I give it even I just arrived in this country one month ago, after that they have cancelled by them self and charged me for 2 months even though I haven’t use for one month. And after this they said pay your cancellation fee 104£ more, that’s tucking crazy ? Their customer support lying every time. They said we don’t have call records data. But before they said we will heard your call and get back to you but again when I asked thay said we don’t have records, they are just making money from people, they Lott they make trips for themself, how we can grab money from people. A rubbish service support team. I would to ask you all please don’t buy insurance from them. They scamm they want only money. Even refunding my money they threatened me if you not pay we will send your information to debt beauru authorities. I told assistant I want to speak with manger Butt she asked I can’t transfer she is not there. They lay every time.

Can never get hold of anyone and when you do there allways having issues with there system.tried to update my details to be charged am extra 300 pound and my details still wasn't correct so now trying to charge me more money to change them again.

0 stars would me more fitting. From just over £300last year to £3200 this year.No accidents or major changes either.They pretended to "look into it" when I posted a review but nothing since then.

i HAVE TRIED TO PAY FOR A PREMIER POLICY FOR DAYS NOW BUT DUE TO MY OLD PHONE NO STILL LISTED - I WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS THE VERIFICATION CODE. I PERSEVERED BUT I KEEP GETTING PAYMENT REJECTED RESPONSES - PHONED HELPLINE NUMBER AND WAS GREETED BY (NO OFFENCE INTENDED) A CHAP WHO HARDLY SPOKE DISCERNABLE ENGLISH AND TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE I HAD AMMENDED MY REQUIREMENTS IT WAS THE REASON (?????) BUT HE COULD PUT MY PAYMENT THROUGH FOR £20 WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY. i EVENTUALLY GOT A E-MAIL FROM YOU ADVISING ME TO TRY AGAIN AND IF IT DIDN'T WORK THEN ASK FOR A NEW QUOTE - LOW AND BEHOLD IT HAD RISEN BY OVER £100 AND THE ONLY THING I CHANGED WAS LOWERING MY ANNUAL MILEAGE FIGURE AND MOVING MY COMMENCEMENT DATE TO THE NEXT DAY - THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH INSURERS - AVOID THIS OUTFIT !!!!!

Alot of trouble trying to renew insurance. Received an email to say my insurance will be cancelled because bank details werent up to date. Rang 5 times before this could be resolved because a payment was in transaction. I had to send proof of payment when this could have been done on first call. Need staff who know what they are doing!

My insurance was cancelled as tou claim ti have asked for proof of tax . I cannot find any proof this was sent and the insurance was taken out on the 26th June and cancelled on 08th July this is only 12 days and you are demanding I pay around 180 pounds or threatening me with a recovery agent . What a scam .

Trying to contact customer service is an absolute nightmare. After almost an hour of waiting in a queue, an adviser said someone would call me back in an hour. I am still waiting 8 hours later. I will be cancelling my policy.

useless. Cheap but you get what you pay for. I'm currently sat with an insured car on my drive that I can't use as I can't contact them after 2 days of trying on the phone and with several emails. Do NOT use

Didn’t send document, had to register then the website had no documents, then after logging in a few times a tab appeared which led me to my documents. All very unnecessary….

Absolutely horrendous service. Sold my car and asked them to insure my other vehicle and got told i cant insure my other vehicle but have to cancel my policy and pay £280 to cancel it.No help and no customer service ready to help

Customer service is rubbish, tried sorting my insurance out 3 days in a row to keep getting told to do it online, but online was telling me to call customer service absolutely rubbish what a joke this company really are!!!!!

Really expensive, try to con you by pretending they offer windscreen cover, but actually the excess you'd have to pay to use that cover is significantly more than the windscreen repair. Not experienced their customer service yet but expectations couldn't be lower.

Ive had to call weekly to try and avoid them cancelling my insurance because of an error on their side. Its been incredibly stressful!! I wont use them again

In order to write this I had to give a rating as there was no option to rate zero. If you're considering car insurance then avoid this company like the plauge. I was going to buy a car and had arranged insurance on the day of collection, unfortunately the car was not as described in the ad so I withdrew my interest. I tried several times to contact go skippy but no one would answer the call. So as I had opted to pay monthly I contacted the credit company who cancelled the credit agreement there and then (I had never signed the agreement) Now go skippy want a£75 to cancel the policy plus a broker fee and a credit charge totaling a whopping £175. I've told them to stick the charge where the sun don't shine and I won't be paying this rediculous amount. I told them that I had never taken possession of the car and it was never registered in my name, they now want proof from DVLA that the car was never registered to me, again they were told where to go and if they wanted proof the to do it themselves. This company are so unprofessional with no customer support in place and a openly robbing and exploiting people of their cash. At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wesr a mask when to bing folk. I've been threatened with the debt collection agency if I don't pay so guess what? I've told them to go ahead and pass it on but I won't be paying one penny!! I summery don't be fooled by their cheeper quote as it will cost you if you ever need to cancel your policy.

If you like holding on to calls that are not answered. This is the policy to have. I cancelled my policy because I didn't need it anymore. I was happy to pay any charges, but instead I was continuously threatened about not paying even though they didn't answer the phone to take payment. Before I knew I was referred to a collections agency. Thank God the agency had a payment page so I paid immediately. No customer relations with this company. One to stay clear from!!!!
