“Completed quote details and authorised payment. Was advised not able to access monies from my account due to insufficient funds despite my account having in excess of £2000. Re-applied for quote to be advised premium had increased by £40 in 10 minutes. Repeated request for new quote, another £40 increase. Still waiting for confirmation that premium has been paid. Shockingly poor customer liaison.”
