I was not able to sign the agreement form until the due date as I wasn’t able to see their email and they’ve debited £25 fine in addition to my monthly payment. I felt scammed and I will never renew again.
Customer service did not show any compassion nor even tried to offer resolution and just plainly forwarded the number of premium credit.
