“1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience
This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. My car was stolen, so I reported it to GoSkippy and made a claim. Thankfully, I found my car the very next day and informed them immediately.
About a month later, I decided to cancel my insurance policy. However, they told me I could not cancel because I had made a claim. They said I would have to pay £1,100 if I wanted to cancel, otherwise I had to keep the policy until it ended.
I found this very unfair and disappointing. I expected better customer service and more flexibility, especially since my car was recovered the next day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this insurance company”
