“Actually getting the insurance started was a bit annoying because it didn't work online and I had to call to get it done. Phone-based purchase added a chunk of cost to the actual number I got off of moneysupermarket. That being said, the price was still great compared to rival insurances so ended up going through with it anyway. The phone support was great in my brief encounter.
Haven't had any claims yet (fingers crossed) but let's see how it is!”
