“The price was reasonable, considering how much policies have risen.
Pity they don't have a company based where you can insure over the phone.
I understand the cost involved BUT not everyone understands fully about your policy, shame really as people do like to speak to a human being.”
“Great customer service, although I tried to do it online I had issues with the payment. I called up and the representative on the phone was able to waiver the £20 phone payment as I had the online quote number. He really made me feel welcome to the insurance policy and I belive if I did have any problems they would be happy to help me sort it.”
