putting my life and 3 child and partner who was pregnant at risk If you have insurance please check that you are covered as they put my life my 3 young child under the age of 7 and my partner and unborn child life at risk by giving me a void insurance 1) telling me to put my sister car that I use as spouse coz there system don’t allow you to put as sibling Found out after my accident that not only they told me to do that I find out that they do not even cover people driving any one car if you are not the registered keeper in less you are married to the registered keep them tryed to blame me well ones they listen to the record they had to pay out for the car as they admitted to me that the underwriter was at fault now I’m sueing them I had 3-4 of the advisor telling me that go skippy are at fault and offered me £30 compensation now one advisor said they have changed there minds don’t think I’m going to have that do you after you already admitted liability I asked if they are having a laugh after putting us all at risk I then emailed liz the CEO of go skippy and the IRDA and trading standards still waiting for the underwriter to email me with the out come

After setting up my policy and taking over £100 from me they then told me I had expired points on my licence that would increase my policy by double. So I have canceled my poly but was left with a £180 bill to pay with no justification to why and when I said I could not afford this and why was I charged so much all I got was well this is how it is. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! NO CARE for anyone and especially someone who just wanted a little explanation.

Changed my address on online portal, it said there would be no further charge which I was happy with. What it didn’t tell me was I was due a £70 refund but they were taking £35 of this for admin, what admin? I made the changes!! Sort it out.

Horrific Customer Service; if I could give minus stars I would! Contacted them today in order to discuss my renewal, for which they had quoted me £500 almost a £200 increase on last years policy! I asked if they could justify such a big increase given i have no claims and have also been a loyal customer for several years to which the advisor stated in a rude flippant manner “that’s just the price”. I explained that I’ve been quoted £350 by another company and asked if they could price match, to which they answered no and that if I wanted to cancel my policy now they would just go ahead and do it. Shocking service; totally not interested in Customer retention at all, avoid.

Beware of them you can not find any transparency from them, They can be sweet on purchase but when you got insurance and need any help on middle of road they will cancel your policy and you cannot do any thing, Even if you try to make a complain no one will listen you and can take 3 to 5 days to register a complain after that somehow if you succeeded to make a in-formal they will not email you any proof even if you ask them a confirmation can give you a reference number but no confirmation and wish you good luck It is very hard to find any professionalism in staff they do not know anything at all and put you holds for hours so basically you will be paying them to listen ugly tune on waiting and you have to hold on like hours, and after that no solution and will call back in 5 minute but you will receive nothing, they took 3 day to register my complain which they are saying they did but i did not receive any confirmation an i am sure they lied to me on my face, i wish i can give them -5 star

Never go with these tried to change my insurance over to my new car they said they couldn't so they charged me 75 pound cancellation fee and rest of the insurance outstanding as this was there fault disgusting be aware

Awful service tried to increase my insurance by £1000 spoke to a rude lady on the phone who insisted i tried to get a quote on their website as this would be cheaper than what was sent to me, after speaking to her she then told me that i can hang up now (how rude) so i did the online quote and what a shock £2000 more than the original, if this is how you run an insurance company and employ cheap labour think you need closing down, one word to describe you, SCUM.

Avoid at all cost had my renewal quote and the price went up from £800 to £1700 and they tell me that was the cheapest I don’t think so at all. Also lied on the phone to me after passing me through to three separate people absolute joke.

Fantastic price .Renewed my insurance for another year but customer service from a female advisor was awful ..Abrupt .condescending and made me regret my decision to use this company to renew .Second advisor was extremely helpful and very pleasant

Absolutely horrendous company. They should be ashamed of theirselves. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM. I cancelled my policy after 1 month and lost 200 pounds. Should have gone elsewhere. They dont care about their customers.

It took forever to get through to someone and then when I did I was told someone will call me back as they are busy I waited hours about 4 hrs later someone phoned back too late I had gone out I've still not sorted what I needed too as I have very little spare time with work I tried using the portal it does not work

Tried to change my car details using my portal but it was not working. I then tried calling for someone to help but was put on hold for about 22 minutes after which I got disconnected. I tried calling again and was put on hold again for another 20 minutes. When I finally got through, I was told operators were busy and someone will call me back. I didn't get a call back for 3and a half hours of which I had gone into a school meeting. I wa annoyed that I had a car parked at my house but I couldn't use it because I couldn't get into insured. I am changing insurance companies as soon as my policy finishes.
