“Go girl helpful with original quote when I changed my car a month after policy had started the gocompare price had gone up by over £50 (5 days later when I put quote in to see what new car insurance would be )”

“Tried to change my adress through email and was sent three different emails from different people all contradicting themselves. Replied with the he information they had asked for and then got an email saying my policy would be cancelled in seven days as they needed to update my information. I took out insurance elsewhere and told them to cancel my policy for them to say okay thankyou for it in writing my request was approved then three days later get another email saying as I haven't responded To the email in the seven days my contract has been cancelled. Need to sort then communication out big time can't believe they are an online company and you can't just your adress online”

“I took a quote and checked all info before I bought the policy, when the docs came through by email the info came through that a named driver was a provisional, when in fact I had entered that they had a full clench. I called them and they said I could cancel the policy, they then deducted £45 for their mistake and told me that it was mine. How do we k is that they are doing this to random customers to generate extra income. The customer service response is not professional a all, looking to the Omdurman if not sorted, be careful with this company.”
